Lane Closures Scheduled During Taconic State Parkway Work

Lane closures have been scheduled on the Taconic State Parkway in Westchester County as contracting crews continue work in the area.

The New York State Department of Transportation announced that there will be lane closures over the weekend for the double north and south sides of the Taconic State Parkway between the Sprain Brook Parkway and Route 117 in the town of Mount Pleasant from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday.

Motorists can expect delays, the NYSDOT said, noting that they should seek alternate routes. There will be signage posted for the detour and flaggers are expected to be in the area to help direct traffic.
